Your principal contact will be Karen Allen. Karen retired from AT&T in 2007. Having had experience with the E-rate program from the service provider aspect, she started the consulting company to assist school districts with their E-rate programs. 

The back office is run by Ken Allen. Also from the telecommunications industry, Ken is very proficient in Project Management, Information Technologies and Finance.
